The owner of this home wanted a large footprint with extra rooms so that family and friends would always have a place to stay when visiting from their home country in Europe. The home is nestled on a private lake situated on 30 acres of rolling pastures. The 5-bedroom 6-bathroom house is a modern design with a warm interior. No expense was spared or distance too far to travel for the home’s interior finishes.

  • The kitchen displays Leicht cabinets from Germany.
  • The appliances are by Miele.
  • The beams and exterior cladding are from Canada.
  • The exterior rails from California.

Environmental responsibility was important to the homeowner, so they invested in a full solar panel system located on the roof with two battery storage units in the lower level.
